Which plan fits my team?

Pick the tier based on what services your team will actually use. Every plan has a 5-user minimum, a 3-month minimum term, and every seat is a Coworking + Fitness club membership. Team Base at $488/user/mo ($408 annual) is where most teams land: $300/mo meeting room credit + $60 per additional seat, $300/mo catering credit + $60 per additional seat, 5 free day passes + 1 per additional seat, Corporate Mailing Address (annual plans), priority booking. How do transferable seats work?

Each seat is tied to your company contract, not to an individual person. When someone leaves the team or a new hire joins, your HR or account contact tells us and we reassign the seat. No re-onboarding fee, no membership transfer paperwork. The seat count stays constant; who occupies it can change anytime.

Are there eligibility requirements for team members?

Yes, two. First, every seat on a corporate plan must be assigned to an employee who holds a company email address at the contracting company. This lets us verify identity, manage seat transfers cleanly, and keep the member directory accurate. Second, anyone using the Performance Club gym must complete a brief onboarding before their first workout (signed waiver, facility walk-through, basic equipment intro). We run these on weekday afternoons or schedule them at signup, takes about 30 minutes per person. Same rules apply to the Flex Day Pass Plans below.

How does the meeting room credit work?

Starter doesn't include a pooled meeting room credit (additional bookings get the 10% Starter discount). Team Base includes a $300/mo meeting room credit at the 5-user minimum, plus $60/mo for every seat above 5. Team Scale includes a $1,000/mo meeting room credit at the 5-user minimum, plus $200/mo for every seat above 5; Scale also adds a $300/mo studio credit (plus $60/seat additional). Anyone on your team can book against the credit pool, it resets each month, unused dollars don't roll over. Beyond the included pool, your team books at the plan discount: 10% for Starter, 20% for Base, 30% for Scale. Credits and discounts don't stack; credits apply to the full member rate, the plan discount applies to bookings beyond the credit pool. Tea and coffee are always included; catering credit and add-on catering both work the same way as the meeting room credit.

Can we host events at Den 1880?

Yes. Team Base includes a $300/mo catering credit (free bi-monthly catered team lunch at the 5-user minimum, +$60/seat additional). Team Scale includes a $300/mo catering credit at minimum (+$60/seat additional), a $2,000 annual event venue credit + $400/seat additional included with annual plans, and access to The Vault podcast studio. Enterprise contracts include scaled or unlimited event venue access depending on your needs. All tiers can book event venues à la carte at member rates. Catering is available across all tiers.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If Den 1880 isn't right for your team in the first 30 days, we'll refund what you paid. We'll first work with you to make it right; if we can't, the refund goes back to your AP. Applies to all Team and Enterprise contracts. One claim per contract. Day Pass Bundles aren't covered.

How does procurement work?

One contract per team plan, one monthly invoice (or annual prepay with 2 months free, ask us). Your AP team gets a single line item. We're set up to send invoices via email or your AP portal. Contracts are signed digitally via DocuSign. Most teams move from inquiry to first day of access in 7 to 14 days.

Is there a tour for the team before we sign?

Yes, and we recommend it. We'll walk your leads through the space, The Performance Club, The Vault podcast studio, event spaces, and common areas. Tours are weekday mornings or afternoons. Bring as many of your team as you want.

What if we add or remove seats during our contract?

Add seats anytime, billed at your tier's per-user rate, prorated to the day. Remove seats anytime down to the 5-user minimum. Your invoice tracks your headcount each month. If you grow past 25 users we'll switch you to a custom Enterprise contract.

Can we change tiers later?

Every plan is 3-month minimum. You can upgrade anytime: the new tier starts on your next billing cycle, no re-contracting, no penalty. Tier changes happen at billing-cycle boundaries; annual commitments hold their rate for the term, then can be switched at renewal.

Why per-user pricing instead of a flat monthly fee?

Per-user pricing is how every modern team-tool works: you pay for the seats you actually use, and your invoice scales as your team scales. It also makes the cost easy to defend internally; HR and finance can see exactly what each employee is getting. We use feature-based tier differentiation (not volume discounts): every plan has the same 5-user minimum, and the per-user rate reflects what services come with each tier.

What's the difference between Starter, Base, and Scale?

Every tier gives every seat a Coworking + Fitness club membership, transferable across the team, single contract, one invoice.
