Eligibility & onboarding. All seats on a corporate plan must be assigned to employees holding a company email address at the contracting company (we verify identity, manage transfers cleanly, and keep the member directory accurate). Anyone using the Performance Club gym must complete a brief onboarding (waiver, facility walk-through, equipment intro) before their first workout. We run these on weekday afternoons or schedule them at signup.
